Current Benchmarks
- SPECstorage® Solution 2020
- The latest version of the Standard Performance Evaluation Corporation benchmark suite measuring file server throughput and response time, providing a standardized method for comparing performance across different vendor platforms.
Retired Benchmarks
- SPEC SFS® 2014
- The SPEC SFS 2014 benchmark was retired in December 2021 with the release of the SPECstorage® Solution 2020 benchmark. It is still available for purchase but no additional result submissions are being accepted and support is no longer offered.
- SPEC SFS® 2008
- The SPEC SFS 2008 benchmark was retired in May 2015 with the release of the SPEC SFS 2014 benchmark. It is still available for purchase but no additional result submissions are being accepted and support is no longer offered.
- SPEC SFS® 97_R1 (3.0)
- The SPEC SFS 97_R1 benchmark was retired in March 2008 with the release of the SPEC SFS 2008 benchmark. It is still available for purchase but no additional result submissions are being accepted and support is no longer offered.
- SPEC SFS® 97 (2.0)
- The SPEC SFS 97 benchmark was replaced by the SPEC SFS 97_R1 benchmark after the identification of defects which impacted the comparability of results.
- SPEC SFS® 93 (LADDIS)
- The SPEC SFS 93 benchmark was retired and replaced by the SPEC SFS® 97 suite in June 1998.
