SPECpower_ssj2008 v1.12 is a point release which adds several 
enhancements. Changes to the Run and Reporting Rules and all the other
supporting documents are included in order to reflect these enhancements.

Main code changes:
 o ssj, director, reporter, validator, and ccs
    o Reporter upgrade to support large number of JVMs (500+)
    o Corrected some problems with SUT names in the report files
    o Enhanced error messages

o SPEC PTDaemon
    o Upgraded to the SPEC PTDaemon 1.4.2
        o Linux and Windows binaries only
        o Solaris binaries are no longer included in this kit and 
          cannot be used for result submission 
        o support for new analyzer added: Newtons4th PPA15x0
    o Please check for the latest SPEC PTDaemon updates:
       o http://www.spec.org/power/docs/SPECpower-Device_List.html
    o The following warning will be displayed if PTDaemon 1.4.2 is 
      executed more than 6 months after 2012-04-17:
