SPEC HPC96 Retired as of February 2003

With the release of HPC2002, SPEC has retired the HPC96 benchmark suite. Effective February 1, 2003, SPEC has stopped accepting HPC96 submissions for publication on the SPEC web site and sales of the HPC96 benchmark suite have been discontinued.
