SPEC/GPC has several new and updated benchmarks in the works that are scheduled for release by the end of the year or the first half of 2004.
- SPECapc for SolidWorks 2004: An updated benchmark with new models and features.
- SPECapc for Solid Edge v14: An updated benchmark with new models and features.
- SPECapc for Maya Renderer: A new benchmark for Maya's standalone batch renderer.
- SPECapc for Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire: The SPECapc group is looking for help in creating this benchmark. Anyone who can provide assistance, please contact: gpcapc-info@spec.org.
- SPECapc for UG NX2: An updated UG benchmark expected shortly after the release of NX2.
- SPECapc for
3ds max 6: A new benchmark aimed at reflecting new functionality
within 3ds max 6.
- New SPECviewperf
viewsets:
- maya-01: New viewset based on SPECapc for Maya 5.
- sw-01: New viewset based on SPECapc for SolidWorks 2004.
- Updates
to all viewsets based on new SPECviewperf capabilities.
