Proper operation of -xcrossfile requires the simultaneous presentation of
all source files to the compiler. This is accomplished within the
SPECcpu2000 suite by setting ONESTEP=yes.

Peak: f90 used for the FORTRAN90 benchmarks (178.galgel, 187.facerec,
189.lucas, 191.fma3d) and for 301.apsi.
f77 used for the other FORTRAN benchmarks.
